Delivery of Services

1. Domain, Hosting, VPS, Email Hosting, Reseller Hosting Instant Delivery provided, if there are no technical or payment related complications. However, if for some reason it is not instant active, it may take up to 5-30 minutes. In case of other services, it may take 5 minutes to maximum 72 hours for delivery.

2. If for some reason the invoice shows unpaid after payment through the gateway, open a ticket with your payment info, Gen VPS will contact the gateway and inform the solution in that case it may take 6 hours to 72 hours, in such a case your order will not be active.

Note: In this case we may have to contact the payment gateway for which the third party’s reply may be delayed, wait until the reply is given.

Note: If the invoice number is wrongly given as a reference during manual payment, then the wrong invoice will be paid and the service will be activated, in this case the refund will not be accepted, the client will have to make a new payment.

Refund Policy

1. Refund policy is applicable for shared hosting, user can take refund without giving any reason within 7 days if desired, refund request will not be accepted after 7 days.

2. No domain refunds will be made once any domain registration or transfer has been initiated.

3. Any VPS or Dedicated server is completely non-refundable

4. There is no money back guarantee on reseller hosting

5. No refund will be admissible if your service is canceled/suspended/terminated due to non-compliance with our terms.

6. Money deposited in the client’s account is non-refundable, it can be used to purchase any service.

7. Refund request will not be accepted after service renewal

8. No refund or credit will be accepted for service downgrade

9. Cancellation requests from any location other than the client area will not be accepted.

10. After submitting the cancellation request, the account cannot be reactivated in any way, you have to purchase a new package.

11. After submitting the cancellation request the billing department will open a ticket, then it may take from 1 day to maximum 15 days depending on the gateway. Sending charges/gateway charges/cash out charges will be deducted for any refund.

Reasons for Suspension and Termination

1. Violation of applicable statutes, laws, court orders, regulations, or treaties.

2. Hosting websites dedicated to pornography or adult content.

3. Abusing or violating the privacy or property rights of others, including sending unsolicited bulk email ("spamming").

4. Using your hosting as a file or image hosting service.

5. Attempting to break security or access unauthorized accounts, messages, or files.

6. Using your account as a backup service.

7. Forgery or misrepresentation of headers, addresses, or other identification.

8. Uploading, linking to, or storing pirated software.

9. Assisting in or directly distributing copyrighted material.

10. Excessive use of the Service, limiting bandwidth available to others.

11. Providing false contact details.

12. Operating server programs without authorization.

13. Unauthorized relays through third-party systems..

14. Attempting to interfere with or deny service to any user or host on the Internet.

15. Mail bombing.

16. Hosting phishing content.

17. Furnishing false data on your sign-up form.

18. Chargebacks on transactions.

19. Engaging in harassment.

20. Engaging in denial-of-service attacks.

21. Forging or misrepresenting identity or location.

22. Using the Service to add addresses to any mailing list without consent.

23. Canceling, superseding, or interfering with email other than your own.

Liability

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Except for information, products, or services explicitly provided by GenVPS , neither GenVPS nor its affiliates control, provide, operate, or are in any way responsible for information, products, or services accessible through the Service. GenVPS does not endorse third-party materials and is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your use of such materials. You are solely responsible for your postings and agree to indemnify GenVPS and its employees, customers, and subscribers from any claims arising from your postings.

If You use the Service for voice communications, GenVPS is not acting as a telecommunications carrier or telephone service provider. There is no representation made by GenVPS regarding the suitability of the Service for such use. All risks related to connection, transmission quality, and accuracy of communications are solely on You. GenVPS has no liability for the failure or quality of such use of the Service

You agree to be liable for any damages or loss of service resulting from spamming or other violations. These damages may include system shut-downs, retaliatory attacks, loss of peering arrangements, and more. GenVPS may pursue such claims in Court.

In no event will GenVPS have financial liability to You.

VPS CPU Usages

Clients agree not to run processes on their VPS that create a CPU load above 0.9 on the VPS for an extended period or which cause a high CPU load on the host node. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, and/or suspension of the VPS.

VPN/Proxy Usage Policy for VPS

We want to make it clear that the use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and proxy servers on our VPS services is not allowed unless expressly permitted in a separate agreement with the Company. This policy is in place to ensure the security and integrity of our network and to prevent any misuse of our services. We strictly prohibit activities such as bypassing security measures, engaging in illegal activities, network abuse, and email abuse through VPNs or proxy servers on our VPS. We take violations of this policy seriously and may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of VPS services, as well as legal action if necessary. It is important for all users to review and adhere to this policy to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions.

Account Payments

1-3 Days: No action taken.

4 Days: Accounts are suspended.

7 Days: Accounts are terminated.

Dedicated servers are suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue.

Identify Verification

GenVPS may request your National ID or Passport for the purpose of verifying your identity.
