Terms of Service

3.1 Domain, Hosting, VPS, Email Hosting, Reseller Hosting Instant Delivery provided, if there are no technical or payment related complications. However, if for some reason it is not instant active, it may take up to 5-30 minutes. In case of other services, it may take 5 minutes to maximum 72 hours for delivery.

৩.১ রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হলে ডোমেইন, হোস্টিং, VPS, ইমেইল হোস্টিং এবং রিসেলার হোস্টিং সাধারণত তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। তবে কোনো কারণে তাৎক্ষণিক অ্যাকটিভ না হলে সর্বোচ্চ ৫–৩০ মিনিট সময় লাগতে পারে। অন্যান্য সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারিতে সর্বনিম্ন ৫ মিনিট থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘণ্টা সময় লাগতে পারে।

3.2 If for some reason the invoice shows unpaid after payment through the gateway, open a ticket with your payment info, GenVPS will contact the gateway and inform the solution in that case it may take 6 hours to 72 hours, in such a case your order will not be active. In this case we may have to contact the payment gateway for which the third party’s reply may be delayed, wait until the reply is given. In case of manual payment it may take 5 minutes to 12 hours for bkash/rocket/nagad/bank/paypal.

৩.২ গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করার পর কোনো কারণে ইনভয়েস আনপেইড দেখালে আপনার পেমেন্ট ইনফো দিয়ে টিকেট ওপেন করুন, জেন ভিপিস গেটওয়ের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সমাধানটি জানাবে সেই ক্ষেত্রে ৬ঘন্টা থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টা সময় লাগতে পারে , এমতো অবস্থায় আপনার অর্ডার একটিভ হবে না। এই ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এর সাথে আমাদের যোগাযোগ করতে হতে পারে সেই জন্য থার্ড পার্টি এর রিপ্লাই দিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে, রিপ্লাই দেওয়া পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। ম্যানুয়েল পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ/রকেট/নগদ/ব্যাংক/পেপাল এর জন্য ৫ মিনিট থেকে ১২ ঘন্টা সময় লাগতে পারে।

4.1 Refund policy is applicable for shared hosting, user can take refund without giving any reason within 7 days if desired, refund request will not be accepted after 7 days.

৪.১ শেয়ার্ড হোস্টিং জন্য রিটার্ন নীতি প্রযোজ্য, ব্যবহারকারী ইচ্ছা করলে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো কারণ না দেখিয়ে রিফান্ড নিতে পারবে, ৭ দিন এর বেশি হলে রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

4.2 No domain refunds will be made once any domain registration or transfer has been initiated.

৪.২ যেকোনো ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন হয়ে গেলে বা ট্রান্সফার শুরু হয়ে গেলে সেই ডোমেইন টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে না।

4.3 Any VPS or Dedicated server is completely non-refundable

৪.৩ যেকোনো VPS বা Dedicated সার্ভার সম্পূর্ণ নন রিফান্ডেবল।

4.4 There is no money back guarantee on reseller hosting

৪.৪ রিসেলার হোস্টিং এ কোন মানিব্যাক গ্যারান্টি নেই

4.5 No refund will be admissible if your service is canceled/suspended/terminated due to non-compliance with our terms.

৪.৫ যদি আমাদের টার্মস না মানার কারণে আপনার সার্ভিস ক্যানসেল/ সাসপেন্ড /টার্মিনেট করে দেওয়া হয় তাহলে এটার জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড গ্রহণ যোগ্য হবে না।

4.6 Money deposited in the client’s account is non-refundable, it can be used to purchase any service.

৪.৬ ক্লায়েন্টের একাউন্টে জমা কৃত টাকা রিফান্ড দেওয়া যাবে না, এটা যেকোনো সার্ভিস কিনতে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

4.7 Refund request will not be accepted after service renewal

৪.৭ সার্ভিস রিনিউ করার পর রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না

4.8 No refund or credit will be accepted for service downgrade

৪.৮ সার্ভিস ডাউনগ্রেড করলে কোনো টাকা রিফান্ড বা ক্রেডিট গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না

4.9 Cancellation requests from any location other than the client area will not be accepted.

৪.৯ ক্লায়েন্ট এরিয়া ব্যতীত অন্য কোনও স্থান থেকে ক্যানসেল রিকোয়েস্ট করলে গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

4.10 After submitting the cancellation request, the account cannot be reactivated in any way, you have to purchase a new package.

৪.১০ ক্যানসেল রিকোয়েস্ট সাবমিট দেওয়ার পর কোনো ভাবেই ওই একাউন্ট রিএক্টিভে করা যাবে না, আপনাকে নতুন করে প্যাকেজ কিনতে হবে।

4.11 After submitting the cancellation request the billing department will open a ticket, then it may take from 1 day to maximum 15 days depending on the gateway. Sending charges/gateway charges/cash out charges will be deducted for any refund.

৪.১১ ক্যানসেল রিকোয়েস্ট সাবমিট দেওয়ার পর বিলিং ডিপার্টমেন্ট একটা টিকেট ওপেন করুন, এরপর ১দিন থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে গেটওয়ের ওপর নির্ভর করে। যেকোনো রিফান্ডের জন্য সেন্ডিং চার্জ/ গেটওয়ে চার্জ /ক্যাশ আউট চার্জ কেটে রাখা হবে।

4.12 If credit balance refund is taken to Gen VPS’s account, refund will be received within 1 minute-1 hour, credit balance refund should be written on the ticket.

৪.১২ যদি জেন ভিপিস এর একাউন্টে ক্রেডিট ব্যালেন্স রিফান্ড নিলে ১মিনিট -১ঘন্টা মধ্যে রিফান্ড পেয়ে যাবেন, টিকিটে ক্রেডিট ব্যালেন্স রিফান্ড নিতে চান লিখে দিতে হবে।

7.1 Once the domain is registered after ordering the domain, the order is fully non-transferable.

৭.১ ডোমেইন অর্ডার করার পর ডোমেইন রেজিস্টার হয়ে গেলে, তখন অর্ডার সম্পূর্ণ অফেরৎযোগ্য।

7.2 You will have to take responsibility for any information you provide while ordering, always try to place the order with all the information, if any mistake is made at that time, the responsibility will also be on you because the staff did the work to help you, so you should always order so that there is no mistake

৭.২ অর্ডার করার সময় কোনো তথ্য ভুল দিলে সেই দায়ভার আপনাকে নিতে হবে, সবসময় নিজে চেষ্টা করবেন সকল তথ্য দিয়ে অর্ডার দেওয়ার জন্য, যদি কোম্পানির কোনো স্টাফ আপনার কাজটি করে দেয় ওই সময় যদি কোনো ভুল হয় সেটার দায়ভার ও আপনার ওপর যাবে কারণ স্টাফ আপনাকে সাহায্য করতে কাজটি করেছে, এই জন্য সব সময় আপনি অর্ডার করবেন যাতে ভুল না হয়

7.3 After registering the domain, check your mail, many important mails may be sent, such as the domain verify confirmation link along with billing information, if the domain verify link is not confirmed, the domain will be suspended, you will have to take responsibility for that

৭.৩ ডোমেইন রেজিস্টার করার পর আপনার মেইল চেক করবেন, অনেক গুরুত্ব পূর্ণ মেইল যেতে পারে, যেমন ডোমেইন ভেরিফাই কনফার্মেশন লিংক সহ বিলিং এর তথ্য যাবে, ডোমেইনের ভেরিফাই লিংক কনফার্ম না করলে ডোমেইন সাসপেন্ড হয়ে যাবে সেটার দায়ভার আপনাকে নিতে হবে

7.4 You must renew the domain before your domain expires, you may have to pay extra fees if it expires, and the transfer will not be allowed if the domain expires.

৭.৪ আপনার ডোমেইন Expire হওয়ার আগে ডোমেইন রিনিউ করে নিতে হবে, Expire হয়ে গেলে এক্সট্রা ফী দিতে হতে পারে, ডোমেইন Expire হয়ে গেলে ট্রান্সফার এলাও করা হবে না।

7.5 In case of DMCA report / spamming / trademark / phishing link and other reports, Gen VPS has the power to suspend the domain without any notification, after which the client will not be able to accept any objection. If a trademark domain is registered, Gen VPS has the power to suspend it without any notification.

৭.৫ DMCA রিপোর্ট /স্পামিং /ট্রেডমার্ক/ফিশিং লিংক সহ অন্নান্য রিপোর্ট আসলে জেন ভিপিস কোনো প্রকার নোটিফাই ছাড়াই ডোমেইন সাসপেন্ড করে দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা রাখে, এরপর ক্লায়েন্ট এর কোনো প্রকার আপত্তি গ্রহণ যোগ্য হবে না। ট্রেডমার্ক ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন করলে জেন ভিপিস কোনো প্রকার নোটিফাই ছাড়াই সাসপেন্ড করে দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

৭.6 GenVPS provides domain panel WHMCS, full domain control can be done from this panel, domain control features are given on the domain page, if the client demands for any other panel, it will not be acceptable. There is also no opportunity to move the domain to another provider, it can only be moved to the internal account of GenVPS.

৭.৬ জেনভিপিস ডোমেইন প্যানেল WHMCS প্রোভাইড করে থাকে এই প্যানেল থেকে ফুল ডোমেইন কন্ট্রোল করা যাবে, ডোমেইন কন্ট্রোল ফিচার গুলো ডোমেইন পেজে দেওয়া রয়েছে, যদি ক্লায়েন্ট অন্য কোনো প্যানেলের জন্য দাবি করে সেটা গ্রহণ যোগ্য হবে না। এমন কি ডোমেইন অন্য প্রোভাইডারে মুভ করে দেওয়ারও কোনো সুযোগ নেই, শুধু জেনভিপিস ইন্টারনাল একাউন্টে মুভ করা যাবে।

7.7 Before buying any domain, check the terms and conditions of the domain from the official website of the registry, after buying a domain from Gen VPS, if the main company i.e. the registry suspends and deactivates it, we have nothing to do, in that case, Gen VPS can mail the registry to find out the reason and if they want any document or information, they can take it from the client and provide it to the registry, then the decision will depend on the registry, there is nothing to be done outside of Gen VPS, such complaints are not acceptable that I bought the domain from Gen VPS, Gen VPS will fix it. Gen VPS only works as a domain reseller here, Gen VPS does not have all the access so it can do everything.

৭.৭ যেকোনো ডোমেইন কেনার পূর্বে উক্ত ডোমেইনের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট অর্থাৎ রেজিস্ট্রি এর ওয়েবসাইট থেকে তাদের শর্তবলি ভালো করে দেখে নেওয়া, জেন ভিপিস থেকে ডোমেইন কেনার পর মেইন কোম্পানি অর্থাৎ রেজিস্ট্রি সাসপেন্ড এবং ডিএক্টিভ করে দিলে আমাদের কিছুই করার থাকে না, সেই ক্ষেত্রে জেন ভিপিস রেজিস্ট্রিকে মেইল করে কারণ জানতে পারে এবং তাদের কোনো ডকুমেন্ট বা তথ্য চাইলে সেটি ক্লাইন্ট থেকে নিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রিকে প্রদান করতে পারে, এরপর রেজিস্ট্রির ওপর সিদ্ধান্ত নির্ভর করবে, জেন ভিপিস এর বাইরে কিছুই করার থাকবে না, এইরকম কমপ্লেইন গ্রহণ যোগ্য নয় যে জেন ভিপিস থেকে ডোমেইন কিনেছি জেন ভিপিস ঠিক করে দিবে। জেন ভিপিস শুধু এখানে একজন ডোমেইন রিসেলার হিসাবে কাজ করে, জেন ভিপিস এর কাছে সকল এক্সেস থাকে না বিধায় সব কিছু করতে পারে ।

7.8 After purchasing the domain, many times Google and Facebook block the domain for content violation, or the domain may already be blocked because someone else purchased and used it before, in that case the customer will have to take this responsibility.

৭.৮ ডোমেইন কেনার পর অনেক সময় গুগল এবং ফেসবুকের কনটেন্ট ভায়েলেশন এর জন্য ডোমেইন ব্লক করে, অথবা ডোমেইন আগে কেউ ক্রয় করে ব্যবহার করার কারণে আগে থেকেই ব্লক থাকতে পারে, সেই ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমারকে এই দায়ভার নিতে হবে।

7.9 After buying a new domain, many times the domain is blocked from Bangladesh, which is basically blocked by BTCL, before buying the domain, you must check whether the domain is blocked. No objection will be accepted after buying the domain, and the money will not be refunded.

৭.৯ নতুন ডোমেইন কেনার পর অনেক সময় বাংলাদেশ থেকে ডোমেইন টি ব্লক দেখায় যেটা মূলত BTCL ব্লক করে দিয়েছে, ডোমেইন কেনার পূর্বে অবশ্যই ডোমেইন টি ব্লক রয়েছে কিনা চেক করে নিতে হবে। ডোমেইন কেনার পর কোনো আপত্তি গ্রহণ যোগ্য হবে না এমন কি টাকা রিফান্ড ও হবে না।

7.10 Once any domain registration is done, the domain money will not be refunded, and once any domain transfer has started, it will not be refunded either.

৭.১০ যেকোনো ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন হয়ে গেলে সেই ডোমেইন টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে না, কোনো ডোমেইন ট্রান্সফার শুরু হয়ে গেলে সেটারও রিফান্ড করা হবে না।

7.11 Our domain cannot be used for any adult content or anti-state purposes, if used, the domain will be suspended without any notice.

৪.১১ আমাদের ডোমেইন এ কোনো এডাল্ট কনটেন্ট বা রাষ্ট্র বিরোধী কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, যদি ব্যবহার করে থাকেন তাহলে ডোমেইন সাসপেন্ড করে দেওয়া হবে কোনো রকম নোটিশ ছাড়াই

7.1 After purchasing the service, the entire panel must be understood, otherwise the client will have to take responsibility.

৭.১ সার্ভিস কেনার পর সম্পূর্ণ প্যানেল বুঝে নিতে হবে, বুঝে না নিলে সেই দায়ভার ক্লাইন্টকে নিতে হবে।

7.2 Our hosting cannot be used for any adult content / betting / PTC / investment / dollar buying and selling site or for any anti-state purposes, any kind of illegal website or demo cannot be kept, if you are using it, then the hosting will be suspended or removed without any notice.

৭.২ হোস্টিং এ কোনো এডাল্ট কনটেন্ট/বেটিং/পিটিসি /ইনভেসমেন্ট/ডলার কেনা বেচার সাইট বা রাষ্ট্র বিরোধী কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, কোন ধরনের ইলিগাল ওয়েবসাইট বা ডেমো রাখা যাবে না , যদি ব্যবহার করে থাকেন তাহলে হোস্টিং সাসপেন্ড বা রিমুভ করে দেওয়া হবে কোনো রকম নোটিশ ছাড়াই

7.3 If Facebook blocks your domain after purchasing our hosting, the company will not be responsible for that, the customer will have to take the responsibility.

৭.৩ হোস্টিং নেওয়ার পর যদি ফেইসবুক আপনার ডোমেইন ব্লক করে সেটার জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না, কাস্টমারকে দায়ভার নিতে হবে।

7.4 If you do not pay the hosting bill on time, that is, if 7 days have passed since the due date of the bill, then the hosting will be deleted without any notice, which will not be possible to recover the data or files, you must check the mail or login to the billing portal to find out the bill time, many times the mail or SMS may not go, so you have to log in to the portal and check. And you have to pay before deletion

৭.৪ যদি আপনি সময় মত হোস্টিং বিল পেমেন্ট না করে অর্থাৎ বিলের নির্ধারিত সময় পার হয়ে ৭ দিন অতিরিক্ত হয়ে গেছে তাহলে কোনো রকম নোটিশ ছাড়াই হোস্টিং মুছে ফেলা হবে, যেটার ডাটা বা ফাইল ফিরিয়ে আনা সম্ভব হবে না, আপনাকে অবশ্যই মেইল চেক করে অথবা বিলিং পোর্টাল লগইন করে বিল এর সময় জেনে নিতে হবে, অনেক সময় মেইল বা এসএমএস নাও যেতে পারে এই জন্য আপনাকে পোর্টাল লগইন করে দেখে নিতে হবে। এবং ডিলিট হওয়ার আগেই পে করতে হবে

7.5 Shared hosting cannot be used as any storage, such as video audio file downloads and uploads, only website databases and files can be kept as much as you want on a specific plan

৭.৫ শেয়ার্ড হোস্টিং কোনো স্টোরেজ হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, যেমন ভিডিও অডিও ফাইল ডাউনলোড আপলোড হিসাবে ব্যবহার না করা, শুধু ওয়েবসাইট ডাটাবেস এবং ফাইল যতখুশি ততো রাখা যাবে নির্দিষ্ট প্লানের ওপর

৭.6 In case of DMCA report / spamming / trademark / phishing link and other reports, Gen VPS has the power to suspend or terminate the hosting without any notification, after which the client will not be able to accept any objection.

৭.৬ DMCA রিপোর্ট /স্পামিং /ট্রেডমার্ক/ফিশিং লিংক সহ অন্নান্য রিপোর্ট আসলে জেন ভিপিস কোনো প্রকার নোটিফাই ছাড়াই হোস্টিং সাসপেন্ড অথবা টার্মিনেট করে দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা রাখে, এরপর ক্লায়েন্ট এর কোনো প্রকার আপত্তি গ্রহণ যোগ্য হবে না.

7.7 Mail Delivery: Shared hosting does not provide assurance for mail delivery, since many client websites are hosted on the same server, due to which the IP reputation is low due to any user doing spamming or phishing. Mail host is a better solution for mail.

৭.৭ মেইল ডেলিভারি: শেয়ার্ড হোস্টে মেইল ডেলিভারির জন্য নিচ্ছয়তা প্রদান করা হয় না, যেহেতু একই সার্ভারে অনেক ক্লায়েন্টের ওয়েবসাইট হোস্ট করা থাকে যে কারণে কোনো ইউজার স্পামিং বা ফিসিং জাতীয় কাজ করার কারণে আইপি রেপুটেশন লো হলে মেইল ডেলিভারি ফেইল্ড হতে থাকে। মেইলের জন্য মেইল হোস্ট বেটার সল্যুশন।

7.8 After purchasing the domain, many times Google and Facebook block the domain for content violation, or the domain may already be blocked because someone else purchased and used it before, in that case the customer will have to take this responsibility.
Note: No email marketing can be done on shared hosting, sending emails beyond the sending limit may result in the hosting account being suspended.

৭.৮ ডোমেইন কেনার পর অনেক সময় গুগল এবং ফেসবুকের কনটেন্ট ভায়েলেশন এর জন্য ডোমেইন ব্লক করে, অথবা ডোমেইন আগে কেউ ক্রয় করে ব্যবহার করার কারণে আগে থেকেই ব্লক থাকতে পারে, সেই ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমারকে এই দায়ভার নিতে হবে।
নোট: শেয়ার্ড হোস্টিংয়ে কোনো প্রকার ইমেইল মার্কেটিং করা যাবে না, সেন্ডিং লিমিটের বাইরে ইমেইল সেন্ড হলে হোস্টিং একাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড হতে পারে।

7.9 Backups and Data Loss: Gen VPS will not be responsible for data loss due to server crash or any tech related reason, Gen VPS only provides hosting service and does not take responsibility for data backup, then Gen VPS automatically saves the data on the remote server, due to technical reasons, sometimes data may not be saved on the remote server, for this reason, the client will have to download the backup regularly from cPanel at his own risk. Gen VPS does not provide assurance for remote backup either. For the client’s own security, keep the backup from cPanel.

৭.৯ ব্যাকআপ এবং ডেটা ক্ষতি:জেন ভিপিস এর সার্ভার ক্র্যাশ বা কোনো টেক রিলেটেড কারণে ডাটা নষ্ট হলে সেটার দায়ভার নিবে না, জেন ভিপিস এর শুধু হোস্টিং সার্ভিস প্রোভাইড করেছে ডাটা ব্যাকআপ সংরক্ষণের দায়িত্ব নেয় নি, এরপর জেন ভিপিস অটোমেটিকলি ডাটা রিমোট সার্ভারে সংরক্ষণ করে থাকে, টেকনিকেল কারণে অনেক সময় রিমোট সার্ভারে ডাটা জমা নাও হতে পারে, এই জন্য সিপ্যানেল থেকে ক্লায়েন্টকে ব্যাকআপ নিয়মিত নিজ দায়িত্বে ডাউনলোড করে রাখতে হবে। জেন ভিপিস রিমোট ব্যাকআপ এরও নিচ্চয়তা প্রদান করে না। ক্লায়েন্টের নিজের নিরাপত্তার জন্য সিপ্যানেল থেকে ব্যাকআপ সংরক্ষণ করে রাখুন।

7.10 Site Migration / Transfer: Gen VPS offers free cPanel to cPanel migration, depending on the number of cPanels and disks, the migration may take from 1 hour to 72 hours. If you want to do any manual migration, the charge will be 500-2000 taka. Migration from root access for VPS or dedicated server is completely free, Transfer from non-root to 20 accounts is free, after that 100 taka will be charged for each account. Same conditions apply to resellers.

৭.১০ সাইট মাইগ্রেশন / ট্রান্সফার: জেন ভিপিস সিপ্যানেল থেকে সিপ্যানেল ফ্রি মাইগ্রেশন করার সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকে, সিপানেলের সংখ্যা এবং ডিস্ক এর ওপর নির্ভর করে মাইগ্রেশন করতে ১ঘন্টা থেকে ৭২ঘন্টা পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। যেকোন ম্যানুয়াল মাইগ্রেশন করতে চাইলে চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে ৫০০-২০০০টাকা পর্যন্ত। ভিপিএস বা ডেটিকাটেড সার্ভারের জন্য রুট এক্সেস থেকে মাইগ্রেশন সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি, নন রুট থেকে ট্রান্সফার ২০ টি অ্যাকাউন্ট ফ্রি , তারপরে প্রতিটি একাউন্টের জন্য ১০০ টাকা চার্জ করা হবে। রিসেলারদের একই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য।

7.11 Backups: Gen VPS provides 7/14 days of automatic remote backups but does not guarantee the backups. Backups may fail due to any fault in the remote server or the main server, these backups are for our own use only. Gen VPS recommends that clients keep regular backups of their data on their personal computers or storage servers. Gen VPS will not be responsible for any server crash or data missing due to any reason.
Note: Audio video zip file is not kept in remote backup, only website content and database backup is kept.

৭.১১ ব্যাকআপ: জেন ভিপিস ৭/১৪ দিনের অটো রিমোট ব্যাকআপ নিয়ে থাকে তবে এই ব্যাকআপের কোনও নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে না। রিমোট সার্ভার বা মূল সার্ভারের কোনো ক্রটির কারণে ব্যাকআপ নিতে ব্যর্থ হতে পারে, এই ব্যাকআপগুলি কেবল আমাদের নিজস্ব ব্যবহারের জন্য। জেন ভিপিস এর সুপারিশ করে যে ক্লায়েন্টরা তাদের ব্যক্তিগত কম্পিউটার বা স্টোরেজ সার্ভারে তাদের ডেটা নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ রাখার জন্য। সার্ভার ক্রাশ বা কোনো কারণে ডাটা মিসিং হলে এটির জন্য জেন ভিপিস দায় নিবে না।
দ্রষ্টব্য : অডিও ভিডিও জিপ ফাইল রিমোট ব্যাকআপে রাখা হয় না, শুধুমাত্র ওয়েবসাইটের সামগ্রী এবং ডাটাবেস ব্যাকআপ রাখা হয়।

7.12 Suspended or Terminated Account Backup: If you need a backup of your suspended or terminated account, you will be required to pay a one-time fee of ৳500. We only keep terminated account backups for 7 days. Note: We do not provide any guarantee for the backup of terminated accounts..

৭.১২ সাসপেন্ডেড বা টার্মিনেটেড অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যাকআপ: যদি আপনার সাসপেন্ডেড বা টার্মিনেট অ্যাকাউন্টের ব্যাকআপের প্রয়োজন হয়, তাহলে আপনাকে ৳৫০০ এককালীন ফি প্রদান করতে হবে। আমরা শুধুমাত্র ৭ দিনের জন্য টার্মিনেটেড অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যাকআপ রাখি। দ্রষ্টব্য: টার্মিনেটেড একাউন্টের ব্যাকআপের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা কোনও গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করি না।।

7.13 DMCA Compliance: Most of our infrastructure is in the US, which puts your web presence under the jurisdiction of US law. Laws like the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We may be required by law to send you notices such as DMCA takedown notices, UDRP notices, etc, please note that we will comply with the requests.

৭.১৩ DMCA সম্মতি: আমাদের বেশিরভাগ সার্ভারগুলো মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে অবস্থিত, যা আপনার ওয়েব উপস্থিতিকে মার্কিন আইনের আওতাধীন করে। ডিজিটাল মিলেনিয়াম কপিরাইট অ্যাক্ট (DMCA) এর মতো আইন। আইন অনুসারে আমাদের আপনাকে DMCA টেকডাউন নোটিশ, UDRP নোটিশ ইত্যাদির মতো নোটিশ পাঠাতে হতে পারে, দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে আমরা অনুরোধগুলি মেনে চলব।।

7.14 যেগুলো গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় । । Unacceptable Material

7.1 In case of BDIX VPS and All Dedicated Server, NID Card must be provided.

৭.১ BDIX ভিপিস এবং All Dedicated Server এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই NID Card দিতে হবে।।

7.2 If you want to cancel VPS or Dedicated Server, you must give a cancellation request at least 1 month in advance, if the cancellation request is not made 1 month in advance, then the next month’s bill will have to be paid.

৭.২ VPS বা Dedicated সার্ভার ক্যানসেল করতে চাইলে কম পক্ষে ১ মাস পূর্বে ক্যানসেল রিকোয়েস্ট দিতে হবে, যদি ১ মাস পূর্বে ক্যানসেল রিকোয়েস্ট না করা হয় তাহলে পরবর্তী মাসের বিল পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

7.3 Refund – Unfortunately We Don’t offer any refund for VPS or Dedicated Server or any Reseller Hosting.

৭.৩ রিফান্ড – দুর্ভাগ্যবশত আমরা ভিপিএস বা ডেডিকেটেড সার্ভার বা কোনও রিসেলার হোস্টিংয়ের জন্য কোনও রিফান্ড অফার করি না।

7.4 VPS CPU Usages: Client agrees not to run any processes on his or her VPS which create a CPU load above 0.9 on the VPS for an extended period of time or which cause a high CPU load on the host node for an extended period of time. In other words, client agrees not to use the equivalent of a full core for him or herself for an extended period of time. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, and/or suspension of the VPS regardless of the time lapse involved.

৭.৪ ভিপিএস সিপিইউ ব্যবহার: ক্লায়েন্ট তার ভিপিএস-এ এমন কোনো প্রসেস চালাবেন না যা দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে ভিপিএস-এ ০.৯ এর উপরে সিপিইউ লোড তৈরি করে অথবা দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে হোস্ট নোডে উচ্চ সিপিইউ লোড তৈরি করে। অন্য কথায়, ক্লায়েন্ট দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে নিজের জন্য একটি সম্পূর্ণ কোর-এর সমতুল্য ব্যবহার করবেন না। বিঘ্ন সৃষ্টিকারী সিপিইউ ব্যবহার এর ফলে রিবুট, শাটডাউন, এবং/অথবা ভিপিএস সাসপেনশন হতে পারে, সময়কাল নির্বিশেষে।

7.5 Backup: VPS/Dedicated server user doesn’t have any data backup option includes by default. Nor even any backup of the VPS/Dedicated server customer’s data is stored on Gen VPS’s side for any disaster recovery purpose. So, it’s always the customer’s responsibility to create their backup strategy.

৭.৫ ব্যাকআপ: ভিপিএস/ডেডিকেটেড সার্ভার ব্যবহারকারীদের ডিফল্টভাবে কোনো ডেটা ব্যাকআপ অপশন অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে না। এমনকি কোনো দুর্যোগ পুনরুদ্ধারের উদ্দেশ্যে জেন ভিপিস এর সাইডে ভিপিএস/ডেডিকেটেড সার্ভার গ্রাহকের ডেটার কোনো ব্যাকআপ সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না। সুতরাং, তাদের ব্যাকআপ কৌশল তৈরি করা সর্বদা গ্রাহকের দায়ি
